I’ve known Renee my whole life, you see she is one of my younger cousins. I’ve seen her grown through many different stages and most recently into the gorgeous mother that she is. But through it all I have never had the privilege of capturing her family, I have taken photos of her eldest but she sneakily snuck out of those ones. On my most recent trip to Townsville the stars aligned, our dates overlapped (her family lives in Nebo) and she wanted to update her family photos … cue happy dance!
We had a bit of chaos at the start, their arrival to Townsville from Nebo was later than expected, my kid's swimming lessons ran late, plus who knew peak hour traffic was becoming a bit more of a thing in Townsville, then Google maps stitched Renee and Lockie up by sending them to the wrong end of the Townsville Town Common but the point is … we got there in the end and the baby got a nap in!
I’m not just saying this because they are family but … how freaking cute are they all! They were stylish and photogenic and even though the kids were the only ones who loved the camera, Mum and Dad did a pretty good job as well. I absolutely adored capturing every one of these photos plus we got to catch up and our kids even got a brief play, win-win for all.

Thank you for allowing me to photograph you all as a family of four! It was wonderful to see you interact so beautifully as a family unit and I can clearly see you much you all adore one another. You have such a delightful family and Renee you make gorgeous babies. I look forward to our next catch up sometime soon.
